We offer the mesh belt type sintering furnace 'YDLME model', which is compactly designed and features high efficiency, energy saving, and safety compared to conventional furnaces. It consists of a rapid heating dewaxing zone using combustion of natural gas, propane, butane, a sintering zone with low power resistance heating, a slow cooling zone for carbon potential adjustment, and a rapid cooling zone with atmosphere circulation, making it suitable for the production of high-quality powder molded products. 【Features】 - Incorporates an EN gas conversion device within the sintering furnace, achieving energy savings and space efficiency. - Prevents soot formation as the EN gas is not cooled after generation. - Uses a core tube in the sintering section to ensure stability of the furnace atmosphere. - Reduces the atmosphere replacement time at the start of operation. - Efficiently utilizes lightweight refractory materials and ceramic boards, reducing heat loss, among other benefits. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
